The Cupertino IOOF #70 Hall features two large rental spaces:
- 50 ft by 36 ft dining room with hard wood floors (see photos below)
- 15 ft by 35 ft foyer
- Sixteen 8 ft folding tables set up with 8 folding chairs each (128 total)
- 23 round 5 ft. tables also available
- Thermostat-controlled air conditioning / heating
- Full kitchen with a new commercial stove, 2 ovens, and plenty of counter space
- Paved and marked parking for 65 cars
